Performance control from design to final characterization

Transducer’s structure is designed according to the required performances utilizing advanced modelling tools :

  • Finite element code for piezoelectric structure design
  • KLM model for electroacoustic performance prediction

Performances of the materials and transducers are measured by up to date equipment linked to ISO 9001 standards, and compared to simulations:

  • Electroacoustic measurements
  • Electrical impedance measurements
  • 3D Beam pattern measurement
  • Intensity measurement
