Linear arrays

Low Profile Linear Arrays

5MHz 12ech arrays with integral wedge

10MHz 64ch array - 10nn height

10MHz 26ch 3,5mm flat array

5MHz 32ch curved array - 2,5mm thick

Applications

These transducers are designed for inspecting components with a very limited vertical clearance:

  • Boiler tubes
  • Feeder tubes
  • Blade roots of turbines

General Characteristics

  • Housing height < 10 mm
  • Center frequency: 5 to 15 MHz
  • Number of elements: up to 64
  • Other characteristics similar to standard linear probes.

Options

  • Hard face for use in direct contact
  • Integrated wedge
  • Other options similar to standard linear probes.
